FTS Removals is looking to recruit an ambitious, driven and customer focused Sales Executive to join our fast paced team in Southport.

You will be targeted to:

·To develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally

·To significantly drive sales

·Drive new business growth and provide account management for current clients to ensure excellent levels of service

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·To become familiar with clients procurement activities and develop a matrix that allow us to be approached to tender activities

·Contribute to the design, development and administration of sales literature

·Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients for FTS and FTS facilities

·Continuous management of a CRM application

·Conduct market research to develop/purchase call lists and target new clients

·Generate sales appointments/quotation opportunities for FTS and FTS Facilities allowing for proactivebusiness growth

·Collate and update an active pipelineof sales data

·Create significant partnerships with external contacts to identify and retain new and existing opportunities

·Ensure a successful mobilisation of new contracts by working closely with the relevant contracts manager and the operational team

·Convert sales leads

·Successfully achieve agreed sales targets and KPI’s focused on activity

·Make regular contact with existing clients to offer advice, support and improvement where required.

·Any other duties deemed necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION

Experience of outbound sales and external customer relationship management.

Minimum educated to A ‘Level or equivalent

Package

Full time, Monday – Friday 8.30-17.15 – flexibility is required outside of these hours
