Our Standards


Our certified quality, health, safety and environmental management system is part of our integrated management system. This system meets the requirements of the national and international standards to which it is certified. These are listed below, and through the application PAS 99: 2012 (Integrated Management Systems) provide the framework for managing and controlling all our operational activities in relation to quality, health, safety and environmental management:

  • BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System
  • BS EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System
  • BS OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series
  • ISO 22301:2012 Business Continuity Management System
  • ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System

We have a clear commitment and proactive approach to quality and operate comprehensive quality assurance (QA) policies, systems and procedures. We are certified to a range of standards that evidence this commitment and the rigour of our systems and capability in quality service. We continually monitor and review our quality standards, quality assurance and management systems. These reviews ensure that they remain fit for purpose, fully meet contractual requirements and customer expectations and reflect best practice across our industry. We have a track record of designing and implementing quality assurance and performance management systems tailored to the needs of our clients.

In 2017 we donated 1,023 office desks to UK non-profit organisations.



We take health and safety extremely seriously. We prioritise safety as one of our organisational core values and it is a consideration through everything that we do. Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our employees and stakeholders. We are fully compliant with all health and safety legislation and are committed to upholding the highest standards of health, safety, security and wellbeing for all our employees and clients as set out in our integrated health and safety policy. We complete a full risk assessment and method statement prior to every relocation that we do, ensuring the health and safety of all parties.

Certified to BSI EN 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management standard and being CHAS accredited allows us to display our commitment and proactive approach to health and safety. We have well established processes and procedures for communicating with all employees on health and safety matters. We facilitate two-way communication that encourages and supports engagement in delivering a safe, secure and healthy work environment. All of our employees undertake mandatory training in quality and continuous improvement, both as part of their induction and on-going training programmes. This training includes, amongst other things, manual handling, safe lifting practices, driver training and vehicle checks.



Our integrated environmental policy outlines our commitment to the prevention of pollution and continual improvement of our environmental performance. We fully comply with all environmental legislation, codes of practice and guidance produced by regulatory bodies, where these are applicable and relate to our environmental aspects. All employees are provided with the necessary resources, equipment, information, instruction and training to fulfil the requirements of this policy, proportionate with their role. At all times we endeavour to be aware of the risks, aspects and impacts of our operations in terms of environmental impact. Our environmental strategy ensures the awareness of all aspects of the company that pose a risk to the environment in terms of ecological impact. Whether this is through the use of consumable materials such as fossil fuels, paper, energy or other materials which may not be immediately apparent as posing a risk.

We regularly monitor and review our environmental impact performance against company targets. In turn we review and revise our environmental management procedures and set new targets annually in line with our policy.

We are certified to BS EN ISO 140001:2004 and its subsequent integration with PAS99:2012, ensuring the highest standards of environmental management across the business. Our Environmental Management Framework is implemented through:
